"Splitrock Vineyard Estate" named after an ancient split rock that resides on the property, proudly unfolds over 40 acres of beauty and tranquillity, watched over by majestic "Mt. Yengo" to the South.

These grapes are 100% estate grown and showcase the vineyard at its best. The grapes have been hand picked and the resulting wine is a fine example of a Premium Hunter Valley Shiraz.

Colour: a Deep red core with a vibrant purple rim.
Nose: This wine displays typical Merlot aromas of raspberry, violet and sage in abundance.
Palate: Complex flavours of black olive, bramble and mint give way to a spicy fruitcake finish.
Merlot: 12.9% ALC/VOL Approx: 7.6 Standard Drinks

Colour: a Deep red core with a vibrant purple rim.
Nose: Complex aromas of plum, chocolate and white pepper.
Palate: A well structured Shiraz with varietal flavours of cherry and liquorice with a long aniseed finish.

Nose: A powerful nose of honeysuckle and passionfruit with hints of musk.

Palate: A well-balanced palate offering crispness of citrus fruit in the mid-palate and a rich finish of lingering honey and peach.
